So tonight much to my suprise Bailey asks me to come down stairs after she stopped at Target. I walk down stairs thinking I am going to be helping her carry stuff up, but no she had other idea's in her crazy Red Head! She motions for me to jump in the passenger seat and off we go!
I ask "where are we going?" and her reply was a simple where ever you want. She had decided that after her horrifically long week of full time work and full time school that we deserved a date night.
So we head to TGI Fridays (we had a coupon!). We both got the same thing, which is usual for us, but it was different because we didn't get OUR usual. We got the Jack Daniels Burgers and they were good! She also got a glass of wine that was supposed to be fruity, but tasted horrible in my opinion.
We laughed at each other the whole time and I kept loosing myself because I was staring at her for so long. I have missed her a lot this week and being able to be with her for a time and relax a little was very fun.
On the way home I called my daughter and the two of them teamed up on me on issues of trivia.
Once we got home we decided to cuddle for the short time before I had to head to work. And it was so nice being able to lay with her and hold her.
I hope we can do it again soon it was so much fun. I hope she had at least half as much fun as I did!
